Keep a fixed starting point
Each Snapshot preserves its baseline, objective and included properties. Routine evidence additions and work updates continue without a refresh purchase.
Changing portfolio membership leaves an existing Snapshot unchanged. A new Snapshot requires an explicit creation and purchase decision.
