FolioProjects may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, document extraction, or similar tools to help process uploaded property evidence and generate draft outputs. This may include extracting text from documents, classifying evidence, identifying possible systems, risks, deficiencies, questions, projects, reminders, vendor categories, and report sections.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review outputs carefully and confirm important decisions with qualified professionals.
5. When information may be shared

- Employees, contractors, or service providers who need access to operate or support the platform
- Cloud hosting, storage, database, analytics, email, newsletter, security, payment, and AI/document-processing providers

We do not sell personal information. Service providers are expected to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
