Important: FolioProjects may process sensitive property-related evidence such as inspection reports, photos, invoices, insurance letters, leases, permits, quotes, warranties, and maintenance records. Please do not upload documents unless you have the right to do so and are comfortable using them with the platform.
We do not sell personal data. We use information to operate FolioProjects, support users, improve the platform, and provide requested services.
Property evidence is used to provide the service. Uploaded documents may be stored, processed, classified, summarized, and used to create property intelligence records.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review outputs carefully and confirm important decisions with qualified professionals.

  • Cloud hosting, storage, database, analytics, email, newsletter, security, payment, and AI/document-processing providers
