1 Describe your planning context

The last completed date is a starting assumption for all suggested tasks. Review individual dates below. It takes precedence over the preferred month. The schedule covers 12 months from your chosen start.

2 Select your systems

Only checked systems receive suggested tasks.

These are review suggestions, not legally mandated inspections or a compliance schedule. Check equipment instructions, local requirements and your responsibilities. Commercial and shared buildings may need a separate professional inspection program.

3 Review and edit your tasks

Edit dates, frequency and responsibilities. Remove tasks that do not apply, or add your own. Regenerating replaces these edits after confirmation.

Questions about the schedule

How are the dates chosen?

With a last completed date, the next review uses the suggested interval. A review already due is moved to the schedule start and flagged. Otherwise, an optional preferred month or temperate-season suggestion sets the first review. With general, wet or hot climate guidance, dates start in your chosen start month unless you select a preferred month. Adjust them for your local weather.

Is this a compliance checklist?

No. It does not establish legal inspection requirements, tenant-entry rules or equipment certification dates. Verify applicable requirements separately. Shared and commercial properties need responsibility and specialist-system checks beyond this starter plan.

Are my notes stored?

This tool does not save or transmit your entries. They remain in this page until you leave or refresh. Download your schedule first. Existing site-wide privacy settings still apply.

What is included in the calendar file?

It contains one all-day event for each review date in the displayed 12-month schedule, with no reminders, invitations or automatic sync. Re-import behavior depends on your calendar application, so check for duplicates before importing a revised plan.

How do I create a PDF?

Choose Print / save PDF, then Save as PDF in your browser. The checklist includes tasks, dates, suggested frequencies, responsibility, equipment notes and rationale.
