A clearer record.
A better prepared sale.
Organize what you know, identify what still needs attention and keep buyer questions from slipping through the cracks.
Free · No account required · Private browser workspace1. Shape your preparation plan
Select the property and its current occupancy. Your listing timeline helps frame the plan; task deadlines remain yours to set.
Gather improvement records before listing, prepare a restricted tenancy summary, ask your adviser about possession representations, then track buyer questions and agreed handover records.
2. Prepare the records and work
Ready means you have prepared the item. It does not establish compliance, independent inspection or buyer verification. Keep seller-prepared material, professional reports and buyer checks clearly labeled.
3. Keep buyer questions visible
Use this separate register for missing facts, buyer questions and matters requiring advice. Resolving a question does not change task statuses automatically.
4. Export your preparation record
All tasks and questions are included, even when hidden by a filter. Review exported files before sharing, especially if notes identify tenants.
Choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog, or your mobile device's print/share option.

What this checklist does, and does not, establish
Does Ready mean legally ready to sell?
No. This is an organizational tool, not legal advice, an inspection, a valuation or a determination of mandatory disclosures. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, property, transaction and seller circumstances. Review relevant questions with qualified local advisers.
Should I publish leases and tenant records?
Do not indiscriminately share leases or tenant personal information. Prepare redacted summaries where appropriate, restrict access and get advice on applicable privacy and tenancy requirements.
Are my entries uploaded?
No. This workspace disables analytics, advertising and network submissions. Entries are held in memory until the page closes or reloads. PDF and CSV exports stay under your control; this version has no automatic save or re-import.
