Ultimately, you are able to move project data from project management platform silos to other platforms for analysis and integration into the training of large language models. This process is known as Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).

Custom ETL Pipeline Workflows

With FolioProjects, you have the power to create your own ETL pipelines. You select the source of the data, what you want done to it (if anything), and where it should end up. FolioProjects does the thinking and utilizes the best file types of api options to facilitate the transfer.

All of this is done through our ETL form which you access from the main dashbaord in the balance summary area. There you can see a summary of active ETL processes as this is billed.

Project Management Platforms

FolioProjects attemts to integrate with as many project management platforms as possible. This makes it easy for you to work with teams in whatever platform they require. You simply import or push data to the platform where the work is happening. You can then sync updates or retreive them periodically.

Machine Learning Analyis

You have the choise of having projects analyzed on the FolioProjects platform, using our machine learning LLMs. Whether or not FolioProjects is the final destination of your data, you can have LLMs review your projects for risk, workflow issues, and staffing gaps. This provides a quick way to understand the current state of a project while its in transfer.

MLOps and Warehouses

FolioProjects supports ETL transfers to popular warehouse tools like Snowflake. We support the complete journy of project management data from source to warehouse for further analysis and integrataion into machine learning LLM training.

Billing

Each transfer has a cost. Our no-code ETL transfer tool showcases the cost of the transfer during your configuration of the ETL pipeline. If you choose accept the price and ETL pipeline configuration, the ETL will run as long as you posses a sufficient account balance to cover the cost.

It's essential that you keep your account balance high enough to cover your ETL pipeline costs to avoid them not being run.
